How do the pricing tiers work?
Above the pricing tiers, you’ll see the question “How many customers do you serve per year?” The number of customers determines your pricing plan.

For example: If you serve up to 2,500 customers a year, the Grow plan costs $75/month. If you serve 2,501 to 5,000 customers a year, the Grow plan costs $95/month.
Are plans priced in USD?
Yes, all plans listed on our pricing page are denominated in the United States dollar (USD).
Is there a contract?
No, you are not locked into a contract at any time during your NiceJob subscription plan. We want you to use and stay with NiceJob because you’re getting value out of our reputation marketing platform.
What's my billing date?
Your billing date will be the day your 14-day trial ends or, if you sign up after the trial ends, on that date.
Will my bill be emailed to me?
Yes. You can request additional emails to be added through support.
What bill payment methods does Groove have? E.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, etc.
We accept all major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, Debit cards.
